- Wellness at Home Shop and the User maintain an independent contractor relationship, and no terms herein establish an agency, partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, or franchise relationship between the parties.
- If any provision of the agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall be removed, while the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
- Failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right under the agreement by Wellness at Home Shop shall not constitute a waiver of said right.
- Wellness at Home Shop reserves the right to assign the Agreement to any person or entity, including affiliates. Users cannot assign any part of the Agreement.
- Offering benefits beyond normal business negotiations to Wellness at Home Shop employees or consultants constitutes commercial bribery, leading to termination of cooperation and potential damages.
- Prior to placing an order for Wellness at Home Shop, it is your responsibility to carefully review product details and assess risks based on your risk tolerance. Important risks include variations in quality, safety, labeling, and intellectual property rights between the United States and the product's origin (primarily the United States).

What Does Having an Account with Us Entail?

Failure to provide truthful information can result in restrictions or termination of your account, and you are liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information.
WAHS reserves the right to decide whether to offer services based on the authenticity and completeness of the provided information. You are responsible for promptly updating any changes to your account information.
Your WAHS account is compatible with other WAHS-operated websites or applications, as well as third-party platforms. When using these services, you must also comply to the relevant service agreements.
Safeguarding your account password is your responsibility. Sharing your account credentials with others is prohibited, and any activity under your account is considered your own. You are liable for any legal issues resulting from unauthorized account access.
WAHS uses encryption and security measures to protect your information, but no security system is foolproof. It's important to safeguard your personal information and refrain from sharing it unless necessary.
If you suspect any personal information leakage, especially regarding your username and password, contact WAHS immediately for appropriate action.
Notify WAHS promptly of any unauthorized account usage or security breaches. However, understand that WAHS may require reasonable time to respond, and actions taken may not prevent all consequences.
You agree that all activities under your account are authorized by you, including publishing company information, accepting agreements, subscribing to services, or sending communications.
Multiple users using your account can harm WAHS or other users. WAHS is not liable for any resulting loss or damage and reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if multiple users cause harm.
WAHS can unilaterally suspend or terminate your account and seek compensation if your actions negatively impact WAHS, such as publishing false statements or initiating disputes without negotiation.
Your personal and account information will be stored and encrypted by WAHS as authorized by you. Refer to the Privacy Policy for details.
By using WAHS services, you consent to receiving information, including commercial and non-commercial messages, from WAHS or third-party advertisers in compliance with laws. You can adjust settings to manage ad preferences.
Accepted payment methods at WAHS include WAHS Wallet, credit card, PayPal, Stripe, and Payoneer.
WAHS may implement security measures, such as login restrictions, if abnormal account activities are detected.
Any form of verbal or written abuse toward WAHS users or employees will result in immediate termination of your account.

Scope of Responsibility

The use of Wellness at Home Shop Services is at your own risk. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any express, implied, or statutory warranty or condition. Wellness at Home Shop does not guarantee that there will be no interruption, delay, risk, or error of our services.
A comprehensive and sophisticated transaction system will be administered, while third-party services such as logistics, payment, and delivery will be applied and optimized to facilitate business transactions and improve user experience. The legal relationship formed between you and the third-party service providers is not related to Wellness at Home Shop.
When placing an order for a product and/or using a service on Wellness at Home Shop, please carefully verify the determinant information including the name, price, quantity, model, specification, size of the product or time, content, frame of service, and other information including the contact address, telephone number, and consignee. You shall be held responsible for the legal consequences caused by the behavior and intention of the recipient if the recipient given is not yourself.

Successful transmission will be considered notice delivered. For notices sent via paper media, they will be considered delivered on the 10th natural day after express delivery to the provided contact address.
You agree that judicial authorities, including but not limited to the People's Court, may deliver legal documents, including lawsuit documents, to you via modern communication media such as SMS, email, or mail in case of any dispute arising from transaction activities on Wellness at Home Shop.
The mobile phone number, email address, or Wellness at Home Shop account specified to receive legal documents must match the information provided during registration and updates on Wellness at Home Shop. Delivery of legal documents will be considered completed when sent by judicial authorities according to the provided contact information. The mailing address specified will serve as your legal contact address or the valid contact address provided.You agree that judicial authorities may serve legal documents to you using one or more of the above methods, with the earliest service prevailing in case of multiple attempts.
These methods of document service apply to all stages of judicial proceedings, including but not limited to the first instance, second instance, retrial, execution, and supervision procedures during the litigation process.
You are responsible for ensuring that the provided contact information is accurate, valid, and updated in real-time. Failure to provide accurate or updated contact information resulting in the inability to serve legal documents or delays in service will make you liable for any legal consequences arising from such failure.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
The formation, entry into force, interpretation, amendment, supplement, termination, enforcement, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws (including the applicable laws) of the United States. In the absence of relevant provisions, commercial practices and/or industry practices shall be referred to.
In case of any dispute between you and Wellness at Home Shop arising from the performance or interpretation of the technical services or transactions on Wellness at Home Shop, both parties shall first try to negotiate in a friendly manner. If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, both Wellness at Home Shop and you agree that the dispute shall be administered under the exclusive jurisdiction of a court in the United States with jurisdiction in the place where Wellness at Home Shop is located
